I found a picture of an African American man in military uniform in an junk story in Spring Hill, LA. On the back of the picture is written “Hdq (?) Bat 2nd Bn 351 F.A. C. Livingston.” At first, I thought the man pictured was named C. Livingston, but after more research I found out it was where he was stationed. Does anyone know about the black troop at Camp Livingston?
